Hired this company to put a new roof on my dad’s home. New roof leaks and the property is now damaged. My dad called and no response. I have been calling for weeks, both the office and the owner’s cell which was given to me by the sales agent who no longer works there. No one has ever called back. STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!

My call on Friday was my 5th call to you before posting this review. Your response is very untruthful. There is no hurricane damage to the roof. I’ve had other roofers look to confirm. It’s definitely based upon workmanship. You must have this property confused with another. It’s very telling how you can respond to this review so quickly but ignore my calls. Looking for new business but once the money is received, treat your customers like this and don’t stand by your work.

I would highly recommend Priority Roofing for all roof repairs. Sean Killeen came to my house the first day I called concerning a leak. Since I was not home at the time, I explain the floor plan of the house and which room had a leak. Sean was able to determine where the leak was coming from without entering my house. I have used Priority Roofing two additional times. Sean was always professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I will definitely use Priority Roofing for any roof problems in the future.
